Beginners welcome to all classes at any time.

Tai Chi Chuan was founded by Taoist Monks and later became the fighting art of the Manchu Imperial Guard. Practice develops correct posture, breathing and a calm alert mind.

Classes are taught by a registered instructor of the Tai Chi Union Of Great Britain, 1992, who is also a former British Push Hands Champion and has been teaching since 1988. He is assisted by other British Push Hands and San Shou Champions and is the Consulting Director to Oxford University Taiji Association.
